ORGANISATIONAL Department aims at building a sustainable and innovative human rights advocacy and youth empowering organization. This department has four components: Monitoring and Evaluation, Human Resource Development. Governing bodies and Office Administration. YVF through its components tracks progress of program implementation, outcomes and impact for effective service delivery, supports effective and efficient program implementation, improves skills through capacity building for effective implementation of YVF program, provides strategic leadership to the organization.
